No. You can also make your orders without registering an account, your orders will still be updated to you through email, however you may not be able to recheck again for your past orders.

3. Once you have found the items that you want, select the color of your choice, Insert the name you wanted on the Add Name section or leave it empty if you do not want any names to be printed, chose the size that you wanted ( for clothes ) then click on the “Add to Cart” button.
4. If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click “Checkout” to complete your order.
5. Then proceed for payment and shipping.
Since our production starts processing within 24 Hours, once the transactions have been made for your orders, unfortunately NO changes can be made.
If you have accidentally put in the wrong name or chosen the wrong design, additional charges will be imposed for having to re-do that particular item.
Please double check that all names and designs chosen are correct before completing your order.

We can cancel your orders but it also depends on the situation, as we may need to know the reason why you need to cancel the orders. For this, you will need to either email us at email@example.com or Whatsapp us at 0124950549 as soon as possible so that we won't process your order.
To check your order number, once you’ve made a purchase the page will direct you back to your orders and the order number will be displayed in My Order page. An email will also be sent to you once you’ve made your orders.
Shipping & Return
For standard items, it will take us approximately 1-3 working days for your items to be processed ( printing and packaging ) after the payment has been made. The shipping will then take approximately around 5-7 working days as well. Therefore the overall estimation for you to get your orders is around 1-2 weeks time.
Yes you may. If you happen to receive a faulty item, please do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp us at 0124950549 for us to check further. Send us a photo of the item along with your order number. Provide us details as well on the faulty item so we can do a replacement for that particular item.
If this happens, may contact our customer service and explain to them beforehand of the items that have been sent wrongly. You may then proceed to return the items back to our address which is attached to the parcel. The shipping will be covered by us, as it is a mistake made from our side.
